On Time - We pride ourselves on starting a job on time and will be there when we say we will be there. We schedule our own people in the order needed from the tearouts to the plumbing, to the electrical, and the finishout product. We know there is nothing more agravating than having a mess in your home and having to wait several days for someone to come do their part of the build. By having our own crews, we are not at the mercy of subcontractors and their schedules. We try not to start a project until all materials needed have either been delivered to us or are guaranteed delivery before they are needed.

On Budget - Most of our bids are done on a Turn Key basis. We take the time to listen to you the customer and work out all the details for your project. That way you know exactly how much the project will cost you up front and we know exactly what you are expecting to have done. This sometimes take considerable effort from both you as the customer and us as the builder to get all the small details. When all the details are worked out in advance, there are no Change Orders needed which can run into considerable extra costs. We don't mind making the changes but most customers don't want to pay the extra costs.
